What happens if I exceed my monthly email limit?
You can continue sending at overage rates. Starter and Growth plans charge $0.40 per 1,000 additional emails. Business plans charge $0.30 per 1,000. You will receive alerts at 80% and 100% usage.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalty fees.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Pay for 10 months, get 12. Annual billing is available for Starter, Growth, and Business plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise plans can pay by wire transfer or ACH with net-30 terms.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever with 1,000 emails per month. Paid plans offer a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start.
